How do I get a Return?

Include on invoice in the return package: your name, address and day time contact phone number.
Please prepay postage at the point of return.
In the case of defective materials or construction Kentucky Bridleworks will provide the pre-paid postage on the product. The label will be emailed to the customer to print out and place on the package. Upon request the label can be mailed to the customer to then put on the package to mail back.
Time to Process Return?
A credit will be issued to the original credit card account within 7 - 10 days of the return of the merchandise. In the event a package or product is damaged via shipping related issues, contact the delivering carrier immediately. Save all packing materials for inspection. Damages must be reported within 24 hours. A credit receipt will be emailed to you when the return has been completed.
